About Us
I am Anusha Parvathy, a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with a deep passion for holistic well-being. Although yoga has been a part of my life since childhood, the lockdown marked a profound turning point in my journey. It was during this time that I embraced yoga with renewed dedication, leading to a remarkable transformation—I lost 20 kg, learned to ride a bike, took up swimming, and experienced a complete shift in my mindset.
Inspired by this personal evolution, I sought to deepen my knowledge and practice. I spent two months in Rishikesh, where I earned my USA Yoga Alliance certification, followed by the completion of my Level 2 Yoga Nidra certification.
Many people believe that yoga is just about performing complex asanas or standing upside down. However, yoga is much more than physical postures. It is the union of the mind, breath, and body. To sit in stillness and connect with our inner selves, the body must first be prepared to cooperate—that is why we practice asanas. Ultimately, yoga is about being present, turning inward, and finding harmony within.
My teaching journey began in February 2022 with just two students. Today, I am grateful to guide and mentor over 100 students through both online and offline classes. My mission is to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible, with a special focus on adolescents and college students, empowering them to experience the life-changing benefits of this ancient practice.
