My Weight Loss Journey: From XL to M Size

My transformation from XL to M size has been a challenging yet fulfilling experience on my weight loss journey. It all began with the realization that I needed to make some fundamental changes to my lifestyle, as I was tired of feeling unhappy and sluggish about my appearance.

Making Small Changes for a Big Transformation

First of all, stop hating yourself and talking negatively to others about your body. Manifest your ideal weight and believe that you will achieve it within a timeframe. Your body achieves what your mind believes.

  • Eat your dinner before 6 pm. Yes, you read that right. Our body needs at least 8 hours to digest food before it can start the cleaning process. So if you eat your dinner by 9 pm, when you are sleeping, your stomach will be busy digesting.
  • Drink plenty of water, at least 8 to 10 glasses. Set an alarm on your mobile every few hours to remind you to drink water.
  • Exercise regularly. The best way to become healthy is to do Yogasanas. This will keep your mind and body balanced.
  • Incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet and eliminate processed foods.

One thing I was determined to do was my Yoga practice. I prioritized my weight loss at any cost. Even when I was traveling, I used to do yoga.

Achieving the Ideal Weight: A Satisfying Reward

Finally, achieving my ideal weight felt so satisfying, and I could fit into clothes that I never thought were possible. The journey was demanding, yet the rewards made my efforts worthwhile. I now possess a healthier lifestyle that I can maintain, and most importantly, I’m more content and self-assured in my own skin.
