Meet Your Coach Anusha Parvathy
Anusha Parvathy is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher passionate about holistic well-being. With yoga as a lifelong companion, she deepened her practice during the lockdown, leading to a personal transformation. She trained in Rishikesh, earning her USA Yoga Alliance and Level 2 Yoga Nidra certifications. Since 2022, she has grown from teaching two students to over 100, both online and offline. Anusha’s mission is to make yoga accessible, especially for adolescents and college students, helping them experience its transformative power.
